The calculator

How much does loyalty earn, in your shop?

A loyalty program pays off when it makes your existing customers come back a little more often: it is simple maths, but rarely put into numbers. Set the three sliders to your reality (customers per month, average spend, visit frequency) and see the order of magnitude, with conservative assumptions shown in the open.

Estimated additional revenue
4,0508,100 CHF / year
~90card-holding customers (30% adoption)
×5Fidelyz subscription covered, even at the low end

An illustrative estimate, not a promise: deliberately conservative assumptions (30% card adoption; +10 to +20% return frequency among card holders, the order of magnitude found in public industry references on loyalty programs). Your actual results will depend on your business, your reward and your reminders.

I want to recover that lost revenue

Why it works: the reminder at the right moment

Your customers almost never leave out of disappointment: they forget, their routine changes, a competitor gets ahead. A loyalty program acts on all three: the card in the Wallet reminds them you exist, the reward gives a reason to return, and automatic reminders catch those who drift away. It is the mechanism detailed in our guide, trade by trade: see yours.

FAQ

Questions about the calculation.

Where do the calculator's assumptions come from?

They are deliberately conservative: 30% of your customers take the card, and card holders come back 10 to 20% more often — an order of magnitude consistent with public industry references on loyalty programs (Bain & Company / Harvard Business Review on the retention effect). Your real numbers will depend on your business.

Why a range and not an exact figure?

Because no one can guarantee you a figure, and we refuse to. The range shows the order of magnitude; your reward, your reminders and your consistency will do the rest.

Does the calculation include the cost of Fidelyz?

Yes: the result is compared with the subscription (from ≈$797/year, billed in CHF, everything included) to see how many times over it is covered. No cost per notification to add, and the 14-day trial is free.

How can I concretely improve customer return?

Three levers, all included in Fidelyz: a reachable reward (see our guide to thresholds), automatic inactivity reminders, and notifications at the right time (quiet spells, new arrivals, birthdays).

From $797/year (launch price — first 150 merchants, locked for life), everything included: unlimited cards, notifications, dashboard. 14-day free trial, billed in CHF. Compare plans →
