Replace the paper stamp card, without losing your regulars.

Replacing a cardboard loyalty card with a digital one means moving the loyalty program into the phone's Wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). Customers add the new card by scanning a QR code, stamps in progress are carried over manually at the counter, and the merchant gains what cardboard never gave: a customer list, return statistics, and the ability to win back regulars by notification.

The soggy card, the fraudulent stamp and the ghost list

You know that card: soaked by the rain, left in the other coat, lost between two receipts. Your customer had seven stamps; they start again from zero, they are disappointed, and sometimes they do not come back. And the ink stamp lying around the counter? It gets copied, lent, "topped up" at home. You give out rewards without knowing whether they were earned.

The worst part is elsewhere. The worst part is that after years of stamps, you still know nothing: who your regulars are, how often they come, who has vanished for two months. Paper leaves you no customer list. You cannot win anyone back.

And on the money side, paper is not free: printing, the ink stamp, and above all the regulars lost for lack of a reminder. The detailed calculation is on the home page.

Getting the switch right in 3 moves

  1. Place the QR code at the counter (we provide the formats: A6 stand, window sticker, Instagram story) and simply announce: "we're going digital, your card is in your phone."
  2. Carry over the stamps in progress: the customer shows their paper card, you add their stamps to their digital card in two taps. No one loses what they earned.
  3. Let the two coexist for a few weeks: regulars switch fast (it is simpler for them), occasional customers follow at their own pace.

Within a month, most of your customer base has moved over, and you finally have a customer list. To understand the whole thing, read the digital loyalty card guide or live the experience: add the demo card to your Wallet.

FAQ

Going from paper to digital: your questions.

What happens to the stamps already given on the paper cards?

You carry them over manually, card by card, at the counter: the customer shows their paper card, you add their stamps to their new digital card in two taps. The switch happens naturally over a few weeks.

Will my customers follow?

It is simpler for them, not harder: one scan, a first name, done. No more cardboard to find at the bottom of a bag. The QR code at the counter and a word from you are enough: “we're going digital, your card is in your phone.”

What about customers who love paper or have no smartphone?

You add their visits in two taps from your dashboard, and they earn the same rewards. No one is excluded.

Does stamp fraud exist in digital too?

No: the digital stamp is only added by your scan (or your staff's, with a dedicated PIN access). No copied stamp, no card filled in at home.
